FAQ

1. How will I know my booking is confirmed?
   You will receive an email shortly after your booking indicating the date, time,
   destination, price and number of passengers.
2. How do I pay for my transfer?
   You can either pay by credit card, cash, PayPal or a bank transfer (IBAN will be sent to you upon request).
3. What if I’m not able to select my travel dates in the pop-up calendar on the Reservation Form?
   Available dates are shown in bold in the pop-up calendars. If your travel dates are not available please send us an email indicating your travel time and dates and we will do our best to find a solution.
4. What if I want to book a transfer but am not arriving by plane?
   Proceed with your booking on the QUICK QUOTE AND BOOKING section on the HOME page and leave the flight number information blank. Then in the comments section of the next page just let us know where you want to be pick up.
5. How much luggage can I book?
   Our vans are equipped with roof and rear racks. In general, we manage to fit all the luggage in these. However, if you have extra luggage, bikes or golf clubs we also have covered trailers we use to ensure there is enough space. Be sure to mention your luggage requirements in the booking section. If your luggage requirements exceed the space we have available we will inform you before you travel.
6. How long will I have to wait at the airport?
   Once you come through the arrival doors at Geneva airport our driver will meet you, take you to the van, serve you a refreshment, load your luggage and leave immediately.
7. Where and how will I find you at the airport?
   Once you go through the arrival doors (just after the baggage carousels) and into the arrival hall, our driver will be standing with our distinctive wooden ski with SkiUp Transfers and the first name of the lead passenger written on it. Be sure to have your mobile phone turned on in case we need to get hold of you.
   (For passengers with flights originating from France, you will arrive in the French section of the airport. Please follow the signs through to the arrival hall on the Swiss side.)
